Pricing questions

We charge two fees: 8-12% of monthly rent collected (management) and 25-50% of one month rent (leasing, one time). No renewal fees, no hidden charges, no maintenance markups.

Tenant placement & management

4-step process: premium multi-platform marketing, comprehensive background and credit checks, employment and income verification, and personal interviews. We target qualified long-term tenants.

Maintenance

Maintenance & repairs

Our licensed, insured vendor network handles all repairs. Emergencies are addressed immediately. Non-emergency repairs over $200 always require your approval first.

We typically complete onboarding within 2-4 business days of signing the management agreement.
